Homemade Pork Jerky a.k.a. bak gua

This is the 4th Chinese New Year we celebrate in US and we truly miss home. Pork jerky is one of the must-have for Chinese New Year even though we are far from home. Making it at home is the only option for us because it is selling at $39/lb! I like the recipe from Min's Blog but I think I will cut down on sugar when I make it again. It is a bit too sweet for my liking. It is actually quite easy to make it at home and definitely A LOT cheaper and healthier. Maybe you should try making it next year too :)
